What we save

We store your email encrypted, your email preference and its notice version, the campaign source and country. If you request a Plant Check copy, we also save your three answers and check-in choice to deliver it. For earlier checkout email captures, a hashed browser session connects the checkout with its saved email. New purchases collect billing email directly inside Paddle; there is no separate email form before payment.

What arrives

A saved Plant Check sends your requested checklist and calendar file. Previously requested checkout follow-ups are up to three messages over two days; Plant Check follow-ups arrive over nine days, followed by occasional tips and offers only where your preference allows them. Outside the United States, follow-ups require your affirmative choice. In the United States, the form explains the follow-ups and lets you opt out before continuing. Delivery does not require agreeing to marketing.

Checkout reliability

To find payment-form problems, we record checkout stages and limited error categories with a hashed browser session, country, device category and campaign source for up to 30 days. These records do not contain your email, address or payment details.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts and protects the form with Turnstile. Resend delivers requested copies and campaign emails. Brevo suppression preferences are checked before marketing sends. Paddle processes payments. Your email and answers are not included in the browser analytics events we emit.

Stopping and retention

Use the unsubscribe link in any campaign email to stop follow-ups. We also stop sales follow-ups after a confirmed purchase. Requested copies and payment/access emails are separate. Encrypted lead details expire after 180 days; limited consent and suppression records are retained to respect opt-outs and measure campaign results.
